90 Seconds on the AT in Georgia

Hike the Georgia section of the Appalachian Trail with me in 90 seconds.

From Springer Mountain to the border of North Carolina, this video features views from Blood Mountain and of course the only part of the trail that goes through a covered building (Neels Gap). I start alone with a view between the clouds on Springer Mountain and end up with a full crew of trail family from Virginia, plus one from Tennessee. The “big finish” at the border was accidentally but perfectly timed to coincide at the exact moment SOBO thru-hiker Super Mario crossed into his last state – Georgia! Enjoy.

    That was cool! I think someone should GoPro the entire NOBO AT hike. That could be a really neat documentary if done correctly.

      Thanks, Matt! – and sign me up. I would totally do it if it was economically feasible! Currently, I’m doing 80-100mile section hikes annually. So, I’ll have that documentary done about -oh- 20 years from now HAHAHA. …I would be down for a sponsorship though. 😉
