I am currently 22, but will be spending my 23rd birthday on the Appalachian Trail this summer! Recently graduated from Tennessee Tech, and excited to go Walkabout. Hoping this trek will allow me to develop into the person I aspire to be. Will try to post weekly on topics regarding the body, mind, and soul. Also, will be posting a series regarding physical fitness while on trail. I hope that my experience can help fellow and future thru-hikers make the most of the journey of a lifetime!
