Here is my obligatory gear list. Sadly I wont be hiking in glitter Doc Martens and gnome socks, but hopefully I can still complete the trail without them. As far as actual gear goes, I got lucky because my husband already had the tent, cook system, watch, and the Delorme, so I didnt have to purchase these specifically for the trail. I also already had most of my clothing. Feel free to comment below with any questions or advice you may have. Only 55 more days! Wahoo!!!

Thanks so much! It is funny, a lot of the gear lists are pretty identical. Best of luck with your decision, either way it’ll be epic. I’m obviously partial to flip flops, but as long as you’re out there hiking I don’t care what direction you’re headed. We’re still one big family, right? I hope to see you out there too, happy trails!
